Door style and color options depend on the cabinet brand you choose. As you move from luxury stock to semi-custom to full custom cabinets, your options increase.

Cabinet doors come in wood species such as alder, cherry, hickory, maple, red oak, white oak and walnut, with full custom cabinets offering the most variety. Cabinet boxes are built from ½", ⅝" or ¾" thick plywood.

Yes. All of our cabinets include soft-close hinges and drawer glides.

Estimated lead times from purchase are 2–6 weeks for stock cabinets, 6–8 weeks for semi-custom cabinets, and 8–12 weeks for full custom cabinets. These estimates cover cabinet orders only, not construction or installation. We confirm timing for your selected cabinet line when you order.

Yes. Once your cabinets arrive and are assembled at our showroom, contact us to arrange a pick-up date.

Yes. Our showroom at 6531-A1 Little River Turnpike, Alexandria, VA 22312 displays our cabinets, hardware, flooring and countertops. We're open 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturdays.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as bank checks, cash and ACH / electronic funds transfer.

Cabinets are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty that varies by product. In most cases the warranty applies only to indoor residential use and does not cover products used in commercial or outdoor settings. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. They do not cover normal wear and tear, improper storage, handling or installation, or modifications.

The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts, at our discretion, and our liability is limited to the cost of materials for that repair or replacement. If the original style is no longer available, we may replace it with a product of equal or lesser value in a complementary style. Because natural wood ages, Allen's Cabinets can't guarantee an exact finish match between the original and replacement product.
